You can rent lockers at Thredbo or Perisher.
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to reserve seats. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to arrive early to ensure you get your preferred seat.
Yes, you can eat on the bus, but we ask that you eat only light snacks, and avoid bringing hot drinks or hot foods as the odors may be bothersome to other passengers. We also recommend to avoid eating messy foods that can leave a mess or have strong odors. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the bus. We ask that all passengers refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus for safety reasons.
Yes, there is a toilet available on the bus for your convenience.
Yes, there are ample basic toilet facilities available at Perisher and Thredbo. However, please note that shower facilities are not provided.

If you choose to bring your own food, please note that it cannot be consumed in any restaurants or cafes. There are limited picnic tables available at Perisher and Thredbo for outdoor eating.
You can rent your snow gear directly at the ski hire shop in Bullocks Flat (Perisher) or Thredbo (Friday Flat). We recommend to pre-book your snow gear prior to joining the tour. Please visit Perisher OR Thredbo website to pre-book your snow gear.
You can participate in skiing and snowboarding at Perisher. Other winter activities includes cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, Tobogganing (snow sledding) or build a snowman! There are also several restaurants, bars, and shops on the resort for for you to enjoy.

It is important to be aware that the activity of ‘Tobogganing’ (snow sledding) is not permitted in Thredbo.
Unfortunately you won’t be able to visit the two snow resorts in the same day.
