Please arrive at the designated pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
During the bus ride to the Snowy Mountain, temperatures may drop significantly. To stay warm, please wear appropriate warm clothing.
Please note that the bus does not have USB charging ports, and charging options at the destination may be limited. We recommend bringing a portable charger to ensure your mobile devices stay charged.
It’s important to stay hydrated, please bring a bottle of water with you.
Eating wet or hot food is not permitted on the bus, however, you may bring light snacks such as chips or chocolate. We also recommend to avoid eating messy foods that can leave a mess or have strong odors. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the bus. We ask that all passengers refrain from drinking alcohol on the bus for safety reasons.
Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to reserve seats. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to arrive early to ensure you get your preferred seat.
Yes, you can eat on the bus, but we ask that you eat only light snacks, and avoid bringing hot drinks or hot foods as the odors may be bothersome to other passengers. We also recommend to avoid eating messy foods that can leave a mess or have strong odors. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the bus. If you choose to bring your own food, please note that it cannot be consumed in any restaurants or cafes. There are limited picnic tables available at Perisher and Thredbo for outdoor eating.
You can rent your snow gear directly at the ski hire shop in Bullocks Flat (Perisher) or Thredbo (Friday Flat). We recommend to pre-book your snow gear prior to joining the tour. Please visit Perisher OR Thredbo website to pre-book your snow gear.
You can participate in skiing and snowboarding at Perisher. Other winter activities includes cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, Tobogganing (snow sledding) or build a snowman! There are also several restaurants, bars, and shops on the resort for for you to enjoy.
You can participate in skiing and snowboarding at Thredbo. Other winter activities includes cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, catch the cable car ride (Gondola), disc golf, hiking or build a snowman!. There are also several restaurants, bars, and shops on the resort for for you to enjoy.
It is important to be aware that the activity of ‘Tobogganing’ (snow sledding) is not permitted in Thredbo.
Perisher
Yes, in order to ski or snowboard at Perisher, you will need to purchase a lift pass. These must be purchased in advance on Perisher’s website.
If you are planning to take part in a group lessons. Ski lessons and snowboard lessons must be purchased in advance on Perisher’s website at least 4 weeks in advance as they are known to sell out quickly.
Thredbo
Yes, in order to ski or snowboard at Thredbo, you will need to purchase a lift pass. These must be purchased in advance on Thredbo’s website.
If you are planning to take part in a group lessons. Ski lessons and snowboard lessons must be purchased in advance on Thredbo’s website at least 4 weeks in advance as they are known to sell out quickly.
If you are planning to visit Thredbo for sightseeing, a Gondola ride is highly recommended. To ensure availability, it is necessary to pre-purchase tickets directly through Thredbo’s website at least a week in advance as they are known to sell out quickly.
If you are planning to visit Perisher, you must purchase a Ski Tube ticket on Perishers’ website. Please pre-book your Ski Tube Tickets prior to joining the tour.
