Cancellation Policy: All bookings are strictly non-refundable. Booking can be reschedule up to 7 days prior to departure. No refund or credit will be issued for late arrivals and/or no-shows once the tour starts.
Covid-19 Related Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your booking because you are prevented from traveling by a government ban or border closure or Snowsearch cancels a tour due to a Covid-19 related government ban or closure, a travel credit or change of date will be offered. If you have contracted COVID-19 or a close contact, no refunds or travel credit will be provided. Reschedule of booking can be made up to 7 days prior to departure (depending on tour availability).
