Kestrel Rest 1 is fully self-contained, with six bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, double lock up garage and drying room. It comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests.

The house is warm with all new furnishing in the lounge and dining area. Full internal laundry equipped with washing machine and dryer with waxing area attached to garage. The large deck boast amazing view which overlooks lake Jindabyne and the Snowy Mountains.
