A balcony off the living area lets the summer sun in.

Drying room has electric panel heating and is automatically vented with humidity control. Full kitchen with gourmet kitchen appliances, front loading washing machine and dryer.Two car spaces.

Both bedrooms have built-in robes, TV’s (and a DVD player in bedroom 2) as well as panel heaters on walls. Bathroom has heated towel rail with underfloor heating.
