Get ready for an action-packed adventure on our 1 Day Thredbo Snow Tour! Starting from either City or Parramatta, we’ll take you on an overnight journey to the Snowy Mountains in comfort. Our coach, equipped with reclining seats, will provide a comfortable environment for you to catch some sleep before the fun begins.
Early morning arrival in Jindabyne will give you ample time to take advantage of our discounted snow gear rental before hitting the slopes at Thredbo. Once at Thredbo, you’ll have 7.5 hours of free time to enjoy skiing or snowboarding.
As the day comes to an end, we’ll make our way back to Sydney, with a dinner stop along the way. We’ll drop you off back in Sydney at around 9.45 pm, making for a memorable and convenient one-day snow adventure.

23:20PM – Corner of Argyle Street & Church Street, Parramatta
Welcome on board. Allow yourself at least 20 minutes prior to departure to meet your local guide for the day. Once all our guests have arrived, we will head down south onto the Hume Highway towards Jindabyne.
23:20PM – Corner of Darling Drive & Ultimo Road, Haymarket
Welcome on board. Allow yourself at least 20 minutes prior to departure to meet your local guide for the day. Once all our guests have arrived, we will head down south onto the Hume Highway towards Thredbo.
05:00AM – Ski Hire Jindabyne
Arrive in Jindabyne for a chance to hire your ski gears (own expense) and purchase last-minute items before heading off to Thredbo. At this stop, morning refreshments are available to start your day.
07:15AM – Arrive at Thredbo
Arrive in Thredbo where our bus will be dropping our guest off. You’ll have more than 7 hours of free time.
15:00PM – Depart Thredbo
It’s time to head back. Enjoy your scenic drive back to Sydney where you will have the chance to see the sunset.
18:45PM – Dinner Stop (Goulburn)
On your way back to Sydney, we will make a 40 minute dinner stop for a chance to grab a quick bite. Dinner options are Mc Donalds, Subway, Kebab shop (halal), Olivers, Indian takeway, Red Rooster and a service station.
21:45PM – Corner of Argyle Street & Church Street, Parramatta
Arrive back in Parramatta.
21:50PM: Drop off point – Corner of Darling Drive & Ultimo Rd, Haymarket
Arrive back in Haymarket.
Frequently Asked Question
Is snow play allowed?
Snow play is restricted in Thredbo. However you can purchase the Gondola ride, or go for a hike, or enjoy your day playing disc golf or go for a ski/snowboard.
Where does the tour start?
We offer City and Parramatta Pickup.
City –
This tour will depart on the Corner of Darling Drive & Ultimo Road, Haymarket. The bus stop is located inside Darling Drive (Walk 50meters from the corner to the bus stop). The closest station to this pickup location will be Central Station or Paddy’s Markets light rail station. We encourage everyone to be there at least 20 minutes prior to departure.
Parramatta –
This tour will depart on the Corner of Argyle Street & Church Street, Parramatta. The bus stop is located inside Argyle (Walk 10 meters from the corner to the bus stop). The closest station to this pickup location will be Parramatta Station. We encourage everyone to be there at least 20 minutes prior to departure.
What age is a Child/Adult?
A child is up to age of 14 years old. Once they’re 15, they’re classed as an adult. We do not recommend children under the ages of 3 years old.
Are meals included?
Meals are NOT included in this package. However morning tea (tea or coffee) will be provided at the Ski Hire stop. For lunch, there is a wide variety of food options at Thredbo. For dinner, meals will be at your own expense. Food options are: McDonalds, Subway, Kebab takeaway (halal), Olivers (Vegetarian option), Indian takeway, Red Rooster and a service station.
Are there toilets on the bus?
Most of our coaches has onboard toilet. The coaches that does not offer a toilet, we will make stops along the way.
Equipment Hire/Lift pass
Your equipment hire can not be pre-booked and must be paid directly to the store (cash or card payment).

Lift passes or Gondola passes. must be pre-booked directly through Thredbo’s website. Lift passes or Gondola passes may be available on the day but we can not guarantee of availability.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are strictly non-refundable. Booking can be reschedule up to 7 days prior to departure. No refund or credit will be issued for late arrivals and/or no-shows once the tour starts.
Covid-19 Related Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your booking because you are prevented from traveling by a government ban or border closure or Ozia Tours cancels a tour due to a Covid-19 related government ban or closure, a travel credit or change of date will be offered. If you have contracted COVID-19 or a close contact, no refunds or travel credit will be provided. Reschedule of booking can be made up to 7 days prior to departure (depending on tour availability).
