During your journey you will be able to purchase any hire gear or lift passes from the tour guide to collect upon your arrival. There will be a scheduled stop for dinner on the highway at your own expense. ETA at Snowy Valley is 12am (midnight). Upon arrival you will be able to check into your room, and collect any hire gear that you may have previously purchased on the coach.

Saturday

Breakfast is served from 6:30am; we suggest you get in early to make the most of the slopes, as the bus leaves 8am sharp! We make a stop at The Perisher Ski Tube, and then continue up to Thredbo to make it to the mountain by 9am. You have a whole day free to ski. We invite you for drinks, food, and entertainment at River Inn at your own expense. The bus back to Snowy Valley will leave Thredbo around 5pm passing through the Ski Tube to pick up any passengers who spent the day at Perisher. Complementary dinner will be served between 6 – 8pm at Snowy Valley, followed by evening entertainment.

Sunday

Breakfast is again served from 6:30am. You will need to check out of your rooms after breakfast; however a luggage storage room will be available for your use throughout the day. FAQs

Where do we stay?
The accomodation is located at the Snowy Valley Jindabyne (3*). It is is located on a breathtaking vantage point above Lake Jindabyne.
Is children allowed on this tour?
This tour is designed exclusively for 18 years old or over. We do not allow anyone who is under 18 years old to take part in this tour.
What should I pack for the snow and coach journey?
You’re on the coach for a long time and you want to try and get as much sleep as you can so we recommend you bring a small pillow and rug to help you sleep on the coach. Other things to pack are sun cream & lip balm, beanie and scarf/neck warmer, gloves, googles (at least sunnies but googles are better, especially when it’s snowing), munchies that will fit in pockets, water, long undergarments such as thermals that are tight fitting to wear under your snow jacket and pants. You
would also add a fleece jumper or long sleeve shirt on the really cold days. You’re better off having too many clothes on than not enough. You can always strip off some layers! Waterproof shoes – not leather
soled. If you don’t have any, I would highly recommend hiring a pair, especially if you don’t plan to ski or board. You don’t need to pack a lot of clothes. During the day, you’ll be in your snow jacket and pants. You really only need something casual to wear to dinner each evening and something comfortable for the coach travel.
Is meals included?
2 Hot breakfast and 1x 3 course dinner on the Saturday night
Do I need a lift ticket to ski/snowboard?
Yes, you will need a valid lift ticket for each day you plan to ski or board. You can purchase the lift ticket / lesson on the bus. We do not accept pre-booking of lift ticket
What about equipment (ski/board/clothing) hire?
We do not accept pre-booking of equipment hire. You can rent your gear at the ski hire store located at the hotel.

Where can I keep my personal belongings once we get to the snowfields.
You can rent lockers at the snowfield. Prices starts from $10 - $20 depending on size and the ski resort.
Will there be snow when I go?
If only we had a crystal ball! There’s no way we can say whether or not it’s going to snow. That’s up to mother nature! It’s hard to tell when it’s going to snow, for how long and where. Add plenty of other weather factors that can affect the snow once it’s fallen into the mix and great snow conditions aren’t always a guarantee. You can rely on great snowmaking facilities at Perisher/Thredbo to ensure that there is always fresh snow on the ground. Perisher/Thredbo has invested heavily in snowmaking to ensure guests are provided with the best possible conditions all winter.
Do I need travel insurance?
We recommend travel insurance for all ski holidays. Check with your private health fund, car insurer or home & contents insurer as well as specific travel insurance providers. Just be sure to enquire whether snow sports are covered on the policy.
