We (Snowsearch) act as an agent for, and sell to you various travel related products as agent on behalf of, travel service providers (third party companies), such as accommodation providers, coach, other land & air transportations, rail and cruise line operators, as well as all of our wholesalers/distributors. Any services we provide to you are collateral to that agency relationship. Our obligation to you is to (as authorised by you) make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and travel service providers. We exercise care in the selection of reputable service providers, but we are not ourselves a provider of travel services and have no control over, or liability for, the services provided by third parties. All bookings are made on your behalf subject to the terms and conditions, including conditions of carriage and limitations of liability, imposed by these service providers. We can provide you with copies of the relevant service provider terms and conditions on request. Your legal rights in connection with the provision of travel services are against the specific provider and, except to the extent a problem is caused by fault on our part, are not against us. Specifically, if for any reason (excluding fault on our part) any travel service provider is unable to provide the services for which you have contracted, your rights are against that provider and not against us. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any acts or omissions of third parties in delivering these services to you. We shall not be or become liable to the maximum extent permitted by law for direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages to property, lost profits or savings, loss of opportunity or damage of disappointment resulting from the foregoing cases of failure, acts or omissions of third party companies. Complaints and comments can be directed to the Operator and will be forwarded to the respective third party on your behalf. You may also direct all form of feedback directly to the third party. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the products and services that you have purchased are within the local laws and regulations of your country of domicile. The Operator will not be held liable for any (not limited to) changes, cancellations and postponements thereafter.

Covid-19 Related Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your booking because you are prevented from traveling by a government ban or border closure or Snowsearch Australia cancels a tour due to a Covid-19 related government ban or closure, a travel credit or change of date will be offered. If you have contracted COVID-19 or a close contact, no refunds or travel credit will be provided. Reschedule of booking can be made up to 7 days prior to departure (depending on tour availability).

Departures
Travel times are subject to change due to weather conditions and traffic. Any changes will be made in the best interest and safety of our passengers. We take no responsibility for snow conditions or the weather on the day of travel.
Minimum passengers are required to operate our tours. Snowsearch reserves the rights to cancel any tours due to lack of passengers.
Loading of passengers will commence 15 minutes prior to departure. Failure to board the coach before the departure time, your fare will be forfeited.
Seating
Allocated seating is not available. Seating is based on first come first served basis.
Food & Beverages
Eating on the coach is permitted but, for the comfort of other passengers, we do not allow hot drinks or hot food as the odour quickly spreads throughout the coach. Non-alcoholic drinks are permitted but for safety purposes no drinks in glass bottles are allowed on board. The consumption of alcohol is not permitted on board the coach.
Passenger Behaviour
Snowsearch reserves the right to refuse any passengers who are intoxicated under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol.
Inappropriate behaviour won’t be tolerated at all times during the tour. We have the right to remove any passengers that cause a safety concern for other passengers on board.
Luggage
Snowsearch has no responsibility for loss or damage luggage / belonging.
We allow a maximum of one suitcase per passenger (no more than 7KG) and one small carry on can be placed in the overhead compartment. Any carry on that does not fit in the overhead compartment must me stored underneath the coach.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees will be applied if you have to cancel your booking.
Notice Period & Fee:
Up to 6 weeks prior to departure – Non-refundable deposit.
4 – 6 weeks prior to departure – 50% of tour price.
Within 30 days of departure – 100% of tour price
No refunds will be given where bookings are cancelled, altered or amended because of weather conditions, or because services and products provided by others are unavailable.
Covid-19 Related Cancellation Policy
A full refund, or credit for a future snow tour will be offered if you cancel your booking with a Doctors certificate (citing Covid-19 symptoms, a positive Covid-19 test result, a Covid-19 test awaiting determination or referral for Covid-19 testing) within 14 days of departure.
If you cancel your booking because you are prevented from travelling by a government ban or border closure, or if Perisher Resort has ceased to operate all lifts in all resort areas due to a government imposed Covid-19 closure, or Port Stephens Coaches cancels a tour due to a Covid-19 related government ban or closure: A $50 per person charge will apply and be deducted from your full refund (capped at $200 for families).
If you choose to transfer deposits paid to a new booking or take a credit for a future booking, no penalty will be incurred.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or transfers are not permitted within 60 days of travel. Outside of 60 days of travel cancellations or transfers are permitted, subject to availability and will incur a 30% admin fee of the full booking total. When booking online full payment will be taken for your package.
Bookings are not confirmed until your credit card has been charged. In the event of a government-imposed COVID travel restriction (Government lock-down or border closures) customers have the option of a change of date or a refund of the booking total minus a 30% cancellation charge.
All date changes made due to COVID restrictions are subject to seasonality and availability and may incur an additional cost. Reasonable notice (5 days before travel) must be given to be eligible for credit or refund where possible, exceptions may be granted if restrictions are put in place within the 5 days before travel. By continuing further and confirming your booking you accept that Oz Snow is not liable nor responsible for any injuries that may be sustained whilst on tour.
Oz Snow recommends that all guests seek their own individual insurance coverage for all snow-related activities.All credit re bookings are subject to original booking conditions.

The confirmation and pick up time are subject to change due to extreme weather conditions or other circumstances out of our control.
Be at the meet up location 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals and/or no-shows once departs.
Since this is a shared transfer, please be patient in case of delays along the pick-up route.
Booking guideline
Confirmation will be sent via email shortly after payment, subject to availability.
A reconfirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours before the trip, including pick-up time, driver and emergency contact information.

Amendment Fee: Changes requested to confirmed bookings, will attract a fee of $35 per person per change regardless if the amendment is adding to the total of the booking. This fee is in addition to amendment and/or late booking fees and also to all charges levied by airlines, hotels and ground operators.

Please note we have a minimum of 6 people to be able to depart everyday on our scheduled public bus tour, therefore we will combine your group with others. In the event there is still less than 6 people to depart on the day, we will offer you the options of: a surcharge cost or change to another date or cancel the booking without charge.

A full refund will be provided if cancelled/rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start of the tour, no refunds or rescheduling after that.
COVID-19 Related Exceptional Cancellation Policy:
– In case of government declared lockdowns and/or flights last minute cancellations due to imposed government restrictions, an alternative rescheduling date will be offered or a full refund will be provided at any time.

Days of Notice Refund Per Person:
30 days or more – full refund less booking system and credit card transaction fees;
29 – 15 days – 50% of tour costs;
14 days or less – no refund.
Cancellations of Confirmed bookings (where payment has been made) will attract AUD$50.00 (inc. GST) Administration fee. We reserve the right to offer alternative tours of a similar standard in the case of any reason beyond our control.
All cancellations must be received in writing by Discover Tasmania Tours and are not effective until this notification has been received.
There is no refund for unused services or portions of the tour.
